Ray has helped us out quite a few times and is always happy to help provide advice over the phone (even if it means he misses out on a call-out fee) and he's been very responsive when we've had plumbing emergencies at different properties. Very reasonable rates, great workmanship and most of all reliable and genuinely wants to help, not just squeeze you for cash. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Ray and Daniel for the last 4 years and will never use another plumber. We have been slowly renovating an entire house that has the worst original plumbing and previous additions. They have been with us every step of the way. They provide the highest quality service, have always accommodated my time frames and are so reasonably priced. They are great guys, friendly, warm and always give timely and honest advice. I wish there was 100 stars to give ⭐⭐⭐

Ray is an absolute gentleman and his knowledge in his field is incredible. You can't go wrong with these guys! They do upfront quotes too....don't get that in the trade anymore. Thanks Ray and team.

Professional and very helpful. I’m a senior and know nothing about plumbing. I needed a new toilet and vanity and was lost as to what to purchase. Ray guided me all the way. I don’t know what I have done without his and David’s help. I highly recommend.

Thanks to Ray and Daniel (and Claude too!) for repairing the gas system so quickly. I had myself braced for a week of cold showers, so to have the hot water flowing again in just 48 hours was a real treat.

Fantastic service from Ray, we called and he came (when he said he would), Ray solved our problem without fuss, told us what he was doing and cleaned up when he was finished. A genuinely nice guy and I was particularly impressed with his son, who was also very polite and helpful. If you need a plumber give Ray a call, we are really happy with the prompt, clean and courteous service.

Would highly recommend Ray and his son. They came out so promptly, with a wealth of knowledge, after having a burst pipe and no water with a young family, they found a fix for us quickly. Highly recommend excellent service.

We have recently built and since moving in, we noticed the water was really 'hard' and any water left on taps/shower/glass etc would leave marks that are hard to get off. We installed a home water filter system from Universal Plumbers . Installed, fitted and tested. Water marks have reduced substantially and the chlorine taste and smell from the water has also noticeably gone. So if anyone is getting as annoyed as we were about cleaning the 'hard' calcium water spots. I can highly recommend Universal Plumbers home filter kit. Happy to answer any questions.

I really appreciate the great service from Universal Plumber. I was running late and they patiently waited for more than 20 minutes without any complaint. The plumber was very professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!
